Free Shipping
All orders ship free to [Spain, the European Union and the United States].
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within:
- Spain: 7–12 business days
- Rest of the EU: 5–8 business days
- United States: 5–8 business days
These are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Customs & Taxes

Shipping Address

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after purchase, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
